Happy Pet (App)

I developed an innovative app designed to facilitate pet adoption, catering to both prospective pet owners and animal shelters with dogs and cats available for adoption. This project served as a key component of my UX Design course endorsed by Google. Through intuitive user interface design and thoughtful user experience considerations, the app aims to streamline the adoption process, connecting individuals with their ideal furry companions while also supporting shelters in their mission to find loving homes for animals in need.

The Problem
One type of users needs an app for looking for a pet (dog or cat), that they can found easly according to the needs of both.
The another type of user, needs an app where can found trustworthy people to adopt pets.


The Solution
Design an intuitive app that works for the two type of users.

The Process
I used Design Thinking method.
In the first phase (Empathize) I had an interview with posibles users, people that I know that haved adopted pets , some people that want adopt and people that have a pet for giving in adoption. I looked for information in the web too.
Having all the information, I made two user persona for empathize with their problems, and having a better point of view.
I defined that the app should be minimalist, intuitive with all the information about the needs of dogs / cats. It should be have information about the adopter too.
Then I started creating the wireframes and when i had the feedback I just started to work in the final prototype.
